Chloe is a fictitious character invented for owner Judy’s children as they were growing up. Chloe’s Carousel specializes in children salon services but offers the finest in salon services for everyone in the family. Owners Judy and Kevin Kreitzer have created a child-friendly environment with movies at each station, PlayStations, and 400 400 square feet of puzzles, games and play equipment for entertainment while you wait! Children will see Chloe’s Carousel as a place to play and explore their surroundings. Parents will find it refreshing in different ways. Moms who can’t find a babysitter love to bring their kids. They can play while mom gets pampered! Your whole Family will love it! Chloe’s Carousel has been a family dream. Using their God-given talents, Kevin and Judy have a heart to reach out to families, offering a salon that the family can experience together. Even Judy’s daughters work with in the family business. Heather, the youngest daughter, is a full time stylist and Heidi the oldest daughter works the salon’s PR and marketing.
