Calliope’s Po-Boy is a first of our family tradition in Houston. We started rolling Po-Boys more than 15 years ago in one of our restaurants located and still operating. Since then we have had several successful locations in different cities along the south. Our vision is to allow Houston to enjoy the real experience of an authentic New Orleans’ Style Po-Boy, which of course starts with fresh baked French Bread, overstuffed dressings, and of course the New Orleans’ flavor seafood and drippy roast beef. New Orleans’ style French bread has a distinctive look, texture, and taste that are particularly difficult to duplicate in Houston, but we have found the secret recipe. All our ingredients have been tweaked and polished throughout the years to contribute to our distinct flavors and tastes. Our Po-Boys come in different sizes with choices from a variety of fried seafood, sloppy roast beef drenched in our homemade gravy, Louisiana’s Famous Hot Sausage Patties and much more. We also offer more for those looking for a real Cajun meal.
