About Us
Cafe Diablo opened in June of 1994 and specializes in innovative Southwest cuisine using many locally grown fruits and vegetables. It provides an excellent selection of Southwestern entrees, small plates, and unique specialties of the house.
Cafe Diablo has won numerous awards including “Best Restaurant in Southern Utah” and “Best of Utah Best Rattlesnake Cakes.” The restaurant has also been featured in many publications including Sunset Magazine, National Geographic Adventurer, New York Times, and San Francisco Chronicle.
Groups, private parties, and catering are also available.
