Brian Burner, chef and owner of Brian Scotts American Restaurant began his culinary career at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. Since then he has worked at a number of restaurants including the Rainbow Room in New York City, Starboggs in Westhampton, Mill River Inn in Oyster Bay and Blackwells in Wading River. In November 2008 he opened Brian Scotts. As a local restaurant run by local people, we truly embrace our motto, “Where dining out is like coming home.” Set in a historic house dating back to 1824, our ambiance offers comfort and charm. Although we are an American restaurant, Chef Brian Burner has fused various cultures into the menu, offering eclectic versions of time-honored meals.
