Bodi N Balance is where science meets activity. This is a 24 hour a day fitness studio that will be expanding to include many different group fitness classes to the already top notch personal fitness instruction. The location is great and the view of the water outside the windows is really unique. The gym is very clean and the staff is waiting to help.
