Featuring a contemporary American menu, Bliss offers such dishes as: Lobster Risotto in a sundried tomato pesto; Red Snapper with shrimp dumplings and thai sauce; Miso Glazed Salmon; Baby Lamb Chops in a red wine rosemary demi; Duck Breast served with a duck confit stuffed crepe and duck au jus; Pork Tenderloin in a fig port wine jus; Free Range Chicken with homemade potato gnocchi and a red pepper porcini sauce; and a Jumbo Lump Crab Cake served with guacamole, pico de gallo, and chipotle aioli.
