About Us

Black Creek Bistro originated as an extension of our farm to enable us to continue to do what we love and give back to the community. At the Bistro our goal is to use fresh local products and make delightful food at affordable prices. Our menu will change with the seasons and we will follow sustainable practices as much as possible. To that end we not only take from the farm but we give back to the farm. We strive to compost all food scrap on the farm to nurture the soil, the cardboard boxes are used as weed suppression in between the rows with mulch on top to continue to build the soil.
