About Us
Born & raised in Rome, IT Chef Amico cultivated a passion for food, friends & soccer while living and doing as true Romans do! He apprenticed at the Ritz Hotel and worked in several famous neighborhood eateries like (formerly) Ristorante Risorgimento, Bar al Corso, Ristorante La Mimosa & Trattoria Sora Lilla, where he learned each facet of Italian (& much French) cooking as well as restaurant management. Later, he took his skills to Munich Germany, where he worked for Ristorante Aquamarine & Caffe Casal, satisfying the most hearty of Italian appetites.
