Flair Restaurant and Wine Bar has a simple goal: We want to create a welcoming neighborhood restaurant like Tarantini that serves great food and drinks with passion, creativity, and style. Meeting that goal may not be easy, but we are committed to working hard and paying attention to our customers in order to deliver every time you come in. We live by the word of chef Paul Prudhomme: “You don’t need a silver fork to eat good food.”
With a focus on French-influenced American food, executive chef Robert Warren knows that good food takes time. Many of the items on the menu are painstakingly made in-house: from preserved lemons to buerre blanc sauces, from slow-cooked brisket to handmade desserts. Every time you eat our Roasted Chicken with Dill Buerre Blanc or the Duck a L’Orange, we hope that you’ll see the time and love that went into it.
While the restaurant came under new management (and changed names) in 2017, as owners we have been running another neighborhood restaurant for 9 years. We have loved being part of the community and hope that our customers feel at home when they come to our restaurants.
Welcome, enjoy, and eat well!
