T. Michael Ansley is the President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, and has held these positions since our inception. Mr. Ansley serves in similar positions for our wholly-owned subsidiaries AMC Group, Inc., AMC Wings, Inc. and AMC Burgers, Inc. From 1998 to the present, Mr. Ansley has been the President and Manager of AMC Group, LLC, a predecessor to the Company. The Company currently operates 21 Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurants in Michigan and Florida and 4 Bagger Dave’s Legendary Burger Tavern Restaurants in Michigan. Mr. Ansley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
