Hour of Power
This hour long practice will move you through a powerful, vigorous vinyasa based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste. Get in, get your flow on, and get on with the rest of your day. Great for an early morning practice, lunch break or when you don't have the time for a 90 minute practice. This flow is powerful!
Power Yoga Express- Community Class $10
Need to be in and out?! The signature class is no frills! In this class taught from the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Journey into Power Open sequence, we cut out all the extra. To ensure you get all the benefits of a full practice but in less time! Recommended for all levels.
Basics
Our Basics class is geared toward our newer yogis, but is still a powerful class for the more experienced! You will learn the fundamentals of the Anjali flow which is based on the teaching of Baron Baptiste. Emphasis will be on using your breath and alignment. This 60 minute flow will leave you feeling more energetic in your practice! This class will be paced according the students abilities!
Slow Flow
This 75 minute practice will follow the Baptiste Sequence. Modification, breathe work and a slower pace will be emphasized. Extra time with folds and hips! The room will be heated but not as hot as the normal temperature. Class will end with a long savasana.

Anjali Power Yoga’s vinyasa flow classes are practiced in a studio heated to 90 degrees with a high humidity. Anjali Power Yoga offers teachings based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga style.
