It was the winter of 1980 in Cervinia, a small village resort of the Italian Alps, where Carlo met Antonio. Carlo was the captain waiter and Antonio was the Chef at the Hotel President, a first class hotel beneath the Matterhorn. Quickly they became good friends and started sharing their knowledge of the culinary arts. Our mission is to serve the Best Northern Italian Cuisine out side of Italy, using the freshest seafood, meats, produce along with a no-fuss friendly atmosphere. We have been members of the Carytown Merchants Association since 1991, We are happy to be part of such great group of merchant that strive every day to make our unique shopping district one of the top in the country.
