When making career choices, “Chef V,” a native of Lithuania, was originally torn between his love for music and his love for cooking. As a result, he spent the early 90’s spinning records and running a popular nightclub by night, while attending culinary school by day. Ultimately, his culinary passion and curiosity won out.In 1996 V came to the United States and completed professional culinary training under Loretta Paganini at her school in Chester land, Ohio, which included an internship at Aureole, New York. V continues to teach at the Paganini School as a guest instructor.
