Our ABX experts draw from multiple influences to create classes that are always evolving to be challenging and effective. Our new barre program, takes dance/yoga/pilates-inspired isometric moves, and light weights to shake, sculpt and burn you into your best shape possible. You will work hard, yet efficiently, and have the most fun that you have ever had working out!
