We've had years of practice since we opened our first Bertucci's in 1981. Homemade dough, a wood-fired brick oven and fresh ingredients make for one tasty pie. It made us wonder what other things we could make in a brick oven. Fresh roasted vegetables, slow roasted meats - even a great burger. We became obsessed with the idea of 2ovens.
