About Us

Cohn Restaurant Group founders, David and Lesley Cohn officially announced the opening of their latest venture -- 100 Wines Hillcrest. They have enlisted the help of partner & designer Philippe Beltran to design the cozy and intimate 2,500 square foot space bringing an authentic, soulful European influence to the location on University Avenue.

The restaurant will feature a vast array of wines ranging from local California to international selections. Wines will be sold by the glass and by the bottle through a unique program allowing guests to browse though selections priced in categories of $20, $30 and $40+ per bottle. 100 Wines Hillcrest will also offer a full bar including a craft cocktail menu.

The culinary program at 100 Wines Hillcrest will take casual, wine bar cuisine to a new level. Heavily influenced by Spain, France, Italy and touches of other Mediterranean countries, the menu will showcase a number of shared small plates crafted by numerous local chefs, including Katherine Humphus, a rising culinary talent and Executive Chef of BO-beau kitchen + bar.
